We had a talk about my possible leave (I need a change...)

I was stunned when he said:

"Jola...
...I'm gonna miss you.
I really enjoy working with you.
You're fast, quick at work, you have ideas.
You've been very helpful to me
and you're really good companion, very opened one.
You know hardly anyone can stand my tough, strict character
and I know this very well.
But you can...
Don't wanna loose you, it's gonna be hard for me when you're gone
but I do understand your decision.
I don't think you know anyone like you to take your place, do you...?"


Sorry to write about this,
it's not my meaning to "show-off", talk big...
I'm just... stunned...

First time I find what my boss think of me in real.
He has never showed his attitude towards co-workers...
I could never read through his eyes, what he thought of my work.
I was stunned...
I've always thought I was "so-so",
mostly not good enough,
not helpful enough etc...

But in fact... we built a pretty good relation
we've been working as a team, one for all, all for one...
